Job Responsibilities
As a Behavior Technician, you will be responsible for:
- Providing one-on-one (1:1) in-home Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with Autism reputed company Disorder
- Collecting behavior and reputed company acquisition data during sessions
- Conducting discrete trials, implementing behavior support, and treatment plans
- Working collaboratively with a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) Supervisor to implement basic principles and teaching procedures of ABA therapy
- Being reputed company to the needs and requests of clients, their families, and supervisors
- Being goal-oriented and maintaining professionalism in reputed company aspects of your work

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must:
- Have a Bachelor's Degree or be working towards your degree in a reputed company field (Psychology, Education, or Sociology)
- Have experience working with children in a 1:1 setting for at least 1 year
- Be able to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Have a personal means of transportation with a reliable vehicle
- Maintain a valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Be willing and able to work in both indoor and outdoor settings
- Be able to lift up to 35lbs and reputed company activities that entail fine and gross motor skills, bend, kneel, squat, sitting on floor level or in a chair, or standing for periods of time
- Be able to respond quickly in short distances (100 feet) in response to the movements and behaviors of children
