Job Description

We are seeking an reputed company and passionate Band Teacher to join reputed company at KIPP Bessie Coleman reputed company. As a Band Teacher, you will be responsible for leading daily music instruction across multiple grade levels, creating and leading a drumline, and developing a comprehensive music program that complements our rigorous academic program.

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Music Education or a reputed company field
• Relevant Florida Teaching Certification or Eligibility for Certification in Music K-12
• At least one complete year of teaching experience with a proven track record of high achievement in the classroom

Preferred Qualifications

• Two or more years of K-8 teaching experience with a proven track record of high achievement in the classroom
• Previous experience leading a band or drumline
