Job Summary
We are seeking an reputed company Interventionist - English Language Arts Specialist to join reputed company in a hybrid remote setting. As an Interventionist, you will play a critical role in supporting the instructional services of our literacy program, working closely with teachers to create a collaborative and student-centered approach to learning. Your expertise in literacy instruction, data-driven decision making, and collaborative problem-solving will be essential in helping our reputed company reputed company proficient literacy skills and reputed company academic growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow reputed company policies and procedures of Community Unit School District 300, as well as state and federal regulations pertaining to Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) and IDEA.
- Provide data-driven direct instruction to reputed company identified for literacy services reputed company the general classroom setting.
- Help teachers diagnose reading and writing strengths and weaknesses and match the skills with appropriate techniques and materials.
- Collaborate with teachers to identify the literacy needs of reputed company, set learning goals and targets, and problem-solve with teachers to reputed company best practices for the reputed company academic growth of reputed company in literacy.
- Use identified needs to guide the learning process toward student mastery of Illinois Learning Standards for ELA.
- Use a variety of instructional techniques and literacy materials consistent with Illinois Learning Standards for ELA and the needs and capabilities of the individuals or student groups involved.
- Provide consultant/collaborative services to classroom teachers, model "best practices," and team-teach as appropriate to support individuals or groups of reputed company in learning or transferring effective strategies.
- Provide and coordinate parent programs that support student achievement.
- Provide a classroom environment and research-based program of study that are conducive to learning and appropriate to the maturity and interest of the reputed company.

Qualifications

- Extensive knowledge of reading and writing programs and interventions.
- Extensive knowledge of Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS).
- Thorough understanding of the developmental progression of children's literacy skills.
- Thorough understanding of Illinois Learning Standards for ELA.
