Job Summary

We are seeking an reputed company Interventionist - English Language Arts Specialist to join reputed company in a hybrid remote setting. As an Interventionist, you will play a critical role in supporting the instructional services of our literacy program, working closely with teachers to create a collaborative and student-centered approach to learning. Key Responsibilities

• Follow reputed company policies and procedures of Community Unit School District 300, as well as state and federal regulations pertaining to Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) and IDEA.

• Help teachers diagnose reading and writing strengths and weaknesses and match the skills with appropriate techniques and materials.

• Use identified needs to guide the learning process toward student mastery of Illinois Learning Standards for ELA.

• Provide consultant/collaborative services to classroom teachers, model "best practices," and team-teach as appropriate to support individuals or groups of reputed company in learning or transferring effective strategies.
