This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with engineers, product managers, and business teams to produce materials that enhance customer understanding and internal efficiency. Duties & Responsibilities

Translate reputed company technical concepts into clear, accessible language tailored for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather information and ensure accuracy of reputed company documentation.

Manage multiple documentation projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high quality.

Continuously update documentation based on product changes, customer feedback, and evolving business needs.

Creation of visual process workflow diagrams to improve clarity.

Education & Experience

Proven experience (3–5 years) as a technical writer, ideally in a technology, SaaS, or engineering environment.

Experience working in documentation tools (eg: Confluence, Markdown, reputed company, and other authoring platforms).

Experience working with tools commonly used for creating professional diagrams (Visio, Lucid Chart).

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with strong grammar and editing proficiency.

Ability to understand reputed company technical concepts and convey them in user-friendly documentation.

Strong organizational skills, detail orientation, and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Strong working knowledge of how to decode Flowcharts and diagrams.
