The Vice President, Change Management will own the enterprise-wide change management vision and strategy, working in reputed company partnership with the SVP, Transformation and senior stakeholders to embed change as a core organizational capability. As the company undertakes several transformative, multi-year, enterprise-wide initiatives, this role is a critical leader in setting direction, governing execution, and ensuring business outcomes are realized through effective change adoption. This role is accountable for establishing and scaling a sustainable change management reputed company, building organizational change reputed company, and advising executives on cultural and behavioral shifts required for long-term success. Partnering with the broader Transformation team, People & Culture, and business leaders, this role will ensure readiness, drive adoption, and institutionalize change capabilities that position the company for reputed company growth and reputed company.

What You Will Do

• Own the enterprise-wide change management vision by designing, implementing, and continuously evolving a structured reputed company; reputed company the development of toolkits and build organizational reputed company through training internal change agents.

• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and collaborate with key stakeholders, People & Culture, and Marketing & Communications on creating and delivering change readiness activities that support strategic objectives.

What You Will Have

• Minimum of Bachelor's degree with Master’s preferred in Business Administration, Communications, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 10+ years of change management experience reputed company financial services, insurance or reputed company regulated sectors.
• Prior experience in management consulting preferred, especially in large-scale transformation initiatives.
• Proven track record of driving change across enterprise-wide transformation programs with multiple workstreams, cross-functional impacts, and high strategic visibility.
• Requires exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, with a proven track record of influencing stakeholders, securing executive alignment, and driving reputed company across diverse teams in reputed company environments.
• Skilled in navigating reputed company stakeholder dynamics to drive reputed company.
• Ability to drive culture change, behavioral adoption, and reputed company shifts.
• Proficiency in using tools like reputed company Teams, SharePoint, reputed company or change management platforms for collaboration and tracking.
• Prosci Change Management Certification, Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP), or equivalent credentials preferred.

The reputed company salary range for this role is listed below and will be commensurate with candidate experience. Pay ranges for candidates may differ based on the cost of labor in that location. In addition to reputed company salary, reputed company employees are eligible for an annual bonus based on company and individual performance as well as a generous benefits package.
