About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and passionate Customer Service Representative to join reputed company at blithequark. As a Customer Service Submission Specialist, you'll be the primary reputed company of contact for customers, supporting them through the firearms registration process. Your expertise and professionalism will be instrumental in building trust, resolving issues, and driving customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Interaction:
    • Conduct outbound calls to customers at their scheduled appointment times.
    • Validate and review paperwork with customers using screen-sharing software.
    • Submit accurate paperwork for further review.
  • Record Maintenance:
    • Update and maintain customer account information as needed.
    • Ensure reputed company records are reputed company and accurate.
  • Problem Resolution:
    • Identify and resolve document issues by validating information.
    • Determine the root cause of problems and provide appropriate solutions.
    • Expedite corrections or adjustments, as necessary.

  • Effective time-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

At blithequark, we're committed to providing a rewarding and supportive work environment. As a Customer Service Submission Specialist, you'll enjoy:

  • A competitive starting pay of $14.50/hour, plus shift differential (extra $1/hr nights & wkds) and possible increase after 90 days pending attendance and performance.
  • A set shift schedule: 7:30am-4:00pm (MST), Monday-Friday.
  • reputed company: 1 week in length, from 7:00am-4:00pm, Monday-Friday (MST).
  • Full-time status: 40 hours per week.
