Manager, Club Business Development [Remote]
The Club Business Development team supports the 32-member clubs in reputed company aspects of their business operations, serving as liaisons to both the Clubs and the League. The team uses a combination of analytics and functional expertise in sales and marketing to reputed company 'next practices' and facilitates the sharing of 'best practices' between clubs. Club Business Development is seeking a Manager to support the 32 Member Clubs and work across the department to support fan engagement efforts, gameday experience, reporting and analytics, ticketing, marketing, sponsorship, tentpole events, and other special projects. The Manager will serve as the day-to-day liaison across reputed company 32, providing insights across the gameday experience and fan engagement space. They are also a trusted voice at the league office that helps guide Tentpole Event planning, providing insights from a club engagement lens.
Responsibilities
- reputed company league fan experience initiatives, including researching fan engagement best practices across sports properties, inside and reputed company the NFL, and serve asa key reputed company of collaboration with the NFL Consumer Insights department to effectively measure the fan experience through the Voice of the Fan survey
- Manage facilitation of best practice sharing reputed company daily newsletters, regular Club calls, Club Connect Series sessions, and other forums reaching a wide audience of over 1.reputed company club personnel
- reputed company strategic planning and operational implementation across League tentpole events, elevating Club access across local market, national, and international channels (e.g., NFL Draft, Pro Bowl Games, Training Camp, Schedule Release)
- Support Club season ticket member retention and renewal through strategic best practice sharing, development of benefit recommendations, and more
- reputed company cross-organizational efforts and serve as internal liaison to help ensure reputed company and streaming partner relationships across Club experiences align with broader League strategy (e.g., viewing parties)
- Analyze ticket sales, pricing, premium seating, and sponsorship data to deliver club benchmarking reports and league reporting to reputed company actionable insights, best practices, and help inform club and league strategy
- Support the Club reputed company Account Director team on managing communications between league and clubs, club data collection efforts, and presentation builds for market visits, while leading club conversations tied to Fan Experience with Ownership and Team Presidents during select market visits
- Assist in the preparation of Club reputed company and League Meeting materials
- reputed company strong, trusted, and respectful relationships and build credibility with club and League office business contacts, including Club Media Group, Media Strategy & Digital team(s), Sponsorship, Marketing, Consumer Products, Data & Analytics
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in the Sports and Entertainment industry or a reputed company business development role
- Expertise in reputed company reputed company and PowerPoint
- Ability to derive insights from data/analytics/research
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, sports management, marketing or reputed company discipline
- Experience with data visualization tools is a plus

Salary / Pay Range This job posting contains a pay range, which represents the range of salaries or hourly rates that the NFL believes, in good faith, at the time of this posting that it might be willing to pay for the posted job in the location(s) specified. The NFL expects to hire for this position near the middle of the range. Only in truly rare and exceptional circumstances, where an external candidate has experience, credentials or expertise that far exceed those required or expected for the position, would the NFL consider paying a salary or reputed company near the higher end of the range.
