reputed company is seeking a dedicated Contract Corporate Recruiter to join our dynamic reputed company team. You will play a pivotal role in sourcing, assessing, and recruiting top-tier talent in product, operations, and marketing for our expanding operations in both the United States and Latam. This recruiter may be pulled into working on other non-technical or technical roles reputed company the organization as needed. This will be a 2-3 month contract.
Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruiting: Own the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to offer presentation.
- Talent Sourcing: reputed company a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and direct sourcing, to identify highly qualified sales candidates.
- Candidate Assessment: Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit with reputed company. Utilize assessment tools and techniques to ensure optimal candidate selection.
- Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with candidates to maintain a positive candidate experience and build a robust talent pipeline.
- Collaboration: Partner closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their specific talent needs and provide strategic recruitment guidance.
- Process Improvement: Continuously identify opportunities to enhance our recruitment processes and contribute to the overall reputed company strategy.
- Data-Driven Insights: Provide regular reports and analysis to support data-driven decision-making and inform recruitment strategies.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with other members of the recruitment team to share knowledge, best practices, and ensure a cohesive approach.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a corporate or agency environment.
- Proven track record of successfully recruiting for US-based companies.
- Mastery in English and Spanish (both written and verbal).
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a reputed company field.
- Proven ability to manage multiple, simultaneous recruitment projects effectively.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (reputed company), reputed company Recruiter, and other social recruiting platforms.
- Strong knowledge of common human resources practices, employment laws, and compliance regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
- Adaptability to reputed company in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency with reputed company Apps and reputed company Suite.
