Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Associate at blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Handling incoming customer questions and concerns reputed company email and our reputed company support portal
  • Interfacing with internal sales and reputed company teams to ensure pilots and existing customers receive the support they need
  • Working with the engineering team to escalate and investigate bugs and product questions

Compensation
