Job Summary
As a 988 Chat/Text Specialist, you will work in a remote setting, providing crisis reputed company and support to individuals in need through our National Suicide Prevention Lifeline (NSPL) chat and text platform. You will conduct brief clinical screenings, risk assessments, and provide service linkage for individuals who are experiencing emotional distress. This is a 24/7/365 position, and you will be required to work a variety of shifts, including nights and weekends.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide telephonic or chat clinical screenings and risk assessments to assess for suicide, safety, and identify appropriate community resources to meet individual needs.
- Answer crisis contacts reputed company the chat/text platform to assess for suicide, safety, and identify appropriate community resources to meet individual needs.
- Conduct follow-up calls for individuals who are deemed moderate to high risk for suicide.
- Meet the ethical and clinical standards in compliance with reputed company accreditation.

Education and Experience

- Other certifications and licenses may be required based on state or local regulations.
