Our 18-bed ICU at reputed company Broadway Hospital is a dynamic and fast-paced environment that caters to a diverse range of medical and surgical patients, including reputed company surgical cases, kidney transplants, and bone marrow transplants. As an Academic Teaching Facility, we provide our nurses with comprehensive education and experience in caring for various patient populations. Key Responsibilities of the RN Clinical Care Leader

• Facilitate healthcare services for patients in cooperation with the healthcare team, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
• Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care to patients, collaborating with inter-professional colleagues to plan, implement, and evaluate care.
• Demonstrate competency and practice reputed company the full scope of nursing expertise, adhering to age and population-specific standards.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• A minimum of one year of clinical nursing experience (two years preferred).
• Currently holding an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring and/or possessing multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification reputed company 60 days of employment.
