As a Center-Based Behavior Technician, you'll play a vital role in delivering personalized therapy sessions to our clients, working closely with our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to drive meaningful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct client care in 1:1 and group settings, utilizing a combination of intensive teaching and natural environment training to promote reputed company acquisition and behavior reduction.
• Follow prescribed behavioral reputed company acquisition and behavior reduction protocols as outlined in client's individualized treatment plan, built by our reputed company BCBAs.
• Collect, record, and summarize data on observable client behavior, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
• Assist with parent and caregiver training, supporting them in implementing strategies to promote client reputed company.
• Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers regarding client reputed company, as instructed by our BCBAs.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work and therapy environment, adhering to established procedures and protocols.
• Assist BCBAs in preparation of client materials, behavior reduction assessments, and skills acquisition programs.
• Utilize safe and appropriate procedures reputed company working with clients, reporting reputed company critical incidents and safety concerns in a timely manner.

Essential Qualifications, Skills, and Knowledge

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• reputed company certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) issued by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB), or be willing to complete a 40-hour training course and sit for your RBT competency exam reputed company 45 days of employment.
• A minimum of a High School Diploma or GED.
• Reliable transportation, with reputed company of driver's license and valid car insurance (in some cases).
• The ability to physically reputed company the demands of the job, including getting down on the floor and standing up many times, lifting up to 50lbs, and running/moving quickly if required.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to record data on a mobile device and navigate digital applications.

• A positive attitude, patience, and emotional control, even in challenging situations.
• Cultural competency, with the ability to remain flexible and open-minded.
• Willingness to obtain CPR and First Aid certification, along with a TB test (if not completed in the past year).

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, experience in the following areas can be beneficial:

• Working as a Behavioral Technician or in a reputed company field.
• Experience working with children with Autism or other learning disabilities.
• Roles such as Teacher's Aid, Tutor, CNA, Caregiver, or Home Health Aide.
