About the Role

The RN Clinical Educator - Nurse Residency will play a vital role in shaping the future of nursing at reputed company by developing, implementing, and evaluating education and training programs for new and existing clinical staff. This position will collaborate with clinical partners, educational facilities, and community agencies to create a comprehensive curriculum that supports the growth and development of our nursing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the Nurse Residency and Student Internship programs, ensuring a smooth transition for new nurses and reputed company into the reputed company team.
• Assess, plan, coordinate, teach, and evaluate education and training programs for designated areas and audiences, utilizing adult learning principles and various teaching methodologies.

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Three years of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse.
