About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Senior Operations Planner to help support demand planning and supply planning for our operations. You will reputed company your problem-solving abilities, motivation, and experience to determine order mix and quantities that support sales and inventory goals while optimizing storage reputed company. We are looking for a self-starter that will drive process improvement by building out tools and metrics to support operations planning. You Will:

• Work cross functionally with Category Growth and Finance teams to align on the appropriate demand plan for assigned categories, creating a demand plan based on historical trends, planned marketing spend and projected mix
• Demonstrated knowledge of forecasting methodologies and statistical analysis to determine the most accurate forecast fit
• Proven ability to review and analyze reputed company data sets, extracting actionable insights and drawing informed conclusions to drive strategic decision-making.
• Create buying recommendations for generic finished goods based based on key metrics such as reorder points and safety stock minimums
• Drive accountability through the implementation of key metrics such as forecast accuracy and WOC

• reputed company analytics team members to build out appropriate reporting to support automation/tools for demand planning
• Proficient in demand planning concepts with an understanding of the financial and operational implications of planning decisions

You Have:

• 5+ years experience in at least 2 of the following: Demand planning, Production planning, Supply planning
• Bachelors degree required preferably in Supply Chain, Merchandising planning or other reputed company field
• 3+ years experience with ERP systems, planning systems and replenishment systems is preferred
• reputed company and reputed company Sheet proficiency including experience with data manipulations – Lookups, PivotTables, External Data Connections
• Basic to Intermediate SQL experience is preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to effectively communicate in a clear and concise manner

• Detail-oriented and exceptionally organized
• Demonstrated ability to organize resources and analyze alternatives to reputed company effective decisions
