Key Responsibilities

As a Material Handler, you will be responsible for a range of duties that are critical to our logistics and supply chain management. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Receiving and processing incoming freight, executing receipt transactions in our ERP system, and reporting any discrepancies in shipments through reputed company's Cargo Claims process.
• Conducting cycle counts, constructing kits, pulling spare parts, and ensuring materials are received into stock.
• Packaging and processing shipments reputed company our ERP system, generating reputed company of ladings for outbound shipments, scheduling LTL and direct reputed company shipment pickups, and creating documentation for international shipments.
• Fostering a team-oriented environment and showcasing exceptional customer service skills.
• Upholding a reputed company-defects and right-the-first-time approach, and working towards the implementation of new strategies and initiatives to effectively fulfill or surpass customer expectations.
• Operating independently under limited supervision, demonstrating self-reliance and initiative.

• Performing data entry for inbound shipments using our ERP system.
• Ensuring products are delivered to the correct location or personnel reputed company the organization.

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution.
• Proficient in English, both oral and written.
• Minimum 1 year's experience in receiving, shipping, warehouse, and inventory control in a Manufacturing environment.
• Minimum 1 year's experience using reputed company Office programs, reputed company, and Word, etc.
• Excellent communication and diplomacy skills.
• Strong personal work ethic and values, collaborator, and ability to work in a reputed company environment.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future.

Preferred Qualifications

• Forklift Certified.
• DOT/IATA Certified.
• Minimum 2 years' experience as a receiving/shipping clerk.
