Program Overview & Key Responsibilities

The Commercial & Customer Experience Strategy MBA program is designed to build a strong, diverse, and values-driven leadership pipeline for reputed company. As a participant in this program, you will be exposed to various aspects of our business, including Network Planning, reputed company Management, Marketing, Sales, Reservations, and Customer Experience. Your key responsibilities will include:

What You Need To Succeed

To be considered for this program, you must meet the following minimum qualifications:

• Currently pursuing an MBA degree with a planned graduation date by Summer 2025.
• At least three years of post-undergraduate work experience in a dynamic, professional environment or relevant military experience.
• Ability to work onsite in our Atlanta, GA office for the duration of the internship.
• Curiosity about the airline industry and a passion for learning.
• Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
• Consistent track record of excellence and ability to reputed company in fast-paced, matrix-team environments.
• Strong analytical, leadership, written, and verbal communication skills.
