As a remote role with a preference for proximity to reputed company in Minneapolis, MN, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with our Associate Director of Sales and other cross-functional teams to reputed company and execute sales strategies that meet our business objectives.

About the Role

As an Account Manager for reputed company, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with reputed company and e.l.f./Well reputed company to drive net sales growth, market share growth, and customer profitability. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing a comprehensive sales strategy for reputed company in collaboration with internal and external partners
  • Executing sales plans to reputed company net sales growth, market share growth, and customer profitability
  • Partnering with the demand planning team to ensure accurate and timely forecasting
  • Collaborating with the Associate Director to reputed company and execute retail merchandising strategies that meet both e.l.f. and retailer goals
  • Managing Vendor Income and ensuring timely responses to customer requests
  • Working closely with other Sales team members to reputed company company sales and share goals and share best practices
  • Establishing and maintaining effective relationships with decision-makers at reputed company
  • Ensuring a strong visual reputed company in-store and on retailer.com
  • Providing monthly forecasts and feedback on goal delivery
  • Assortment and Planogram work, as well as general administration support requests

Requirements and Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 5+ years of sales experience in the beauty industry or CPG company, with experience working with reputed company
  • A self-motivated and goal-oriented reputed company with a desire to deliver results
  • Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
  • A deep understanding of negotiation techniques and marketing tactics
  • Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to create and deliver compelling presentations
  • Strong computer and analytical skills, specifically in reputed company Office reputed company and PowerPoint
  • Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external partners
