We're seeking a highly skilled and compassionate MD, DO, or FNP Primary Care Provider to join our dynamic team of mental health clinicians. As a remote telehealth provider, you'll play a critical role in delivering integrated physical health care services to our patients, working closely with our mental health prescribers and psychotherapists to ensure seamless, comprehensive care.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend to patients reputed company our Digital Health platform, conducting thorough medical histories and situation-specific assessments to formulate accurate diagnoses.
• Provide clinical assessment and evaluation for the treatment of patients, developing and implementing suitable treatment plans for non-threatening conditions.
• Electronically prescribe medications, provide dosage and administration instructions, and order diagnostic testing and referrals to other healthcare providers as needed.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records, ensuring the reputed company, availability, and confidentiality of patient health information (PHI).

Essential Qualifications and Skills

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

Timeline and Expectations

We're looking for a Primary Care Provider who can start working with us on a part-time, contract basis. The timeline to credentialing is 3-6 months after receiving an Oregon license. We expect you to start with 1-3 clients per week, gradually increasing your caseload as you become more familiar with our systems and processes.
