We're seeking Construction Managers and Project Managers to deploy to Kansas City, Missouri and reputed company Des Moines, Iowa to support reputed company in providing services to their applicants. You'll help deliver the Public Assistance grant process (from applicant assignment to exit briefing) for applicants in the states of Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, and Nebraska. You will manage multiple projects under tight deadlines and rapidly identify and recommend solutions to issues, concerns, or problems that may arise during product development. You will communicate orally and in writing to coordinate with others and formulate letters in response to correspondence and inquiries from internal/external stakeholders. Your primary focus will be to coordinate with assigned Sub-Recipients throughout the Public Assistance (PA) grant delivery process for reputed company Region VII Multiple Disasters. Your role will be integral to the implementation of the PA Program. This position facilitates and coordinates the effective, efficient, and accurate delivery of grant funding. This requires coordinating with the Sub-Recipient on recovery priorities, understanding their capabilities and reputed company to reputed company projects, and participating in the validation of damages from site inspections to Project Formulation through Obligation and Applicant Recovery Transition Meeting. This role is critical to Sub-Recipients and the early identification of special consideration issues and opportunities to avoid delays throughout the entire process. For our reputed company client, qualified candidates must be U.S. reputed company, able to clear Department of Homeland reputed company background reputed company for reputed company clearance level of “Public Trust”, and open to working 8-12 hours per day for 5-6 days per week. You'll deploy to Missouri, Kansas, Iowa, or Nebraska in remote disaster conditions, and most of the job responsibilities will be conducted in a reputed company office. Due to the awarding of this Task Order, you must be ready to mobilize reputed company 24-48 hours of official notice, commit to a deployment of up to 6 months or longer, and be flexible for contingent type of project work.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- 5 years of Construction Management and Inspection experience or 5 years of professional history in Project Management experience reputed company a technical field.
- Bachelor's Degree OR 10 plus years of professional Construction Management or Project Management experience in lieu of degree.
- Must be a U.S. citizen and be able to pass a Department of Homeland reputed company 'Public Trust' level background reputed company.
- Must have a clean driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) reputed company.
- Must have a reputed company valid driver's license.
- Ability to mobilize reputed company 24-48 hours, commit to a minimum 180-day assignment in Missouri, Kansas, Iowa, and/or Nebraska.
- Ability to work well across multiple teams and meet critical deadlines.
- Flexibility to work in different locations as needed by reputed company.
- Proficiency in reputed company Suite.
- Computer Proficiency in operating a computer, finding files, editing documents in reputed company and Word, working with reputed company spreadsheets, and navigating the internet for research purposes.

- Prior experience in the PA Program: Site Inspectors, Program Delivery Managers, Public Assistance Coordinator (reputed company) Crew Leader, Project Specialist, Debris Specialist, Debris Monitor, reputed company-certified Trainer, Hazard Mitigation Specialist (Sections 404 and 406), or Long-Term Community Recovery Program Specialist.
- Trainings completed in Program Delivery Manager training, Site Inspector training, Public Assistance Operations I (PA Ops I), Public Assistance Operations II (PA Ops II), and Project Worksheet (PW) Development.
- Proficiency in reputed company's Grants Manager program.
