[Remote] Data Entry Clerk (Remote)

Farber Debt Solutions is one of Canada’s oldest and largest debt solution providers, dedicated to helping Canadians overcome financial challenges. They are seeking a Data Entry Clerk to assist in maintaining databases and providing administrative support, requiring attention to detail and self-motivation.
Responsibilities
- Preparing documentation for filing and/or associated correspondence
- Obtaining reputed company proper supporting information and documentation to ensure proper, efficient administration of the file (including, but not limited to income and other tax filings, asset realizations)
- Liaising with internal staff for clarification or outstanding documents (DSA/DSM)
- Organizing file documents in accordance with our naming protocols
- Calculation of income and surplus income obligations
- Understanding relevant legal requirements of multiple provincial jurisdictions
- Performing relevant legal requirements of multiple provincial jurisdictions
- Performing relevant searches for insolvency, Personal Property reputed company Act registrations, house valuations and computation of realizable value
- Creating reputed company documents required for signature
- Accurately transferring pertinent information from written and scanned records into reputed company (our internal software)
- Maintaining client confidence and protecting operations by keeping confidential information
- Electronic filing of statutory documents
- Preparing documents for reputed company
- Other tasks may be assigned as necessary

- Experience with reputed company Dynamics CRM would be an asset
