About The Role:

We are seeking an Account Executive, responsible for driving growth across a portfolio of Manufacturing, Retail and Pharmaceutical Enterprise customers in the DACH region. This is a senior, quota‑carrying, commission‑based sales role focused on expanding existing accounts, elevating executive relationships, and delivering measurable business outcomes through the Citrix platform.The ideal candidate is an accomplished enterprise seller with deep experience in software sales, a strong consultative approach and the ability to influence and align technical, operational and executive stakeholders. This role leads cross‑functional teams on reputed company engagements and is accountable for both sales strategy and execution. Job Description/Responsibilities:Account Management & Relationship Development

  • Own account plans, opportunity strategies, and business reviews in partnership with senior sales leadership.

Required Experience & Skills

  • This role requires regular travel across the DACH region to meet with customers, with occasional visits to our European headquarters in the UK.
Preferred Experience
  • SaaS, cloud, digital workplace, automation, analytics, or enterprise software sales experience.
  • Experience supporting or owning strategic or global enterprise accounts.
  • Familiarity with governance-focused and multi-layer enterprise buying processes.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or a reputed company field.
