This role covers reputed company areas of finance, and as an integral part of reputed company you’ll also have the opportunity to expand your reputed company set beyond your core responsibilities to explore other areas of finance and operations through diverse projects and cross-departmental collaborations. • Bookkeeping and Accounting
• Ownership of the entire month end process ensuring closure in a timely manner, including booking of transactions and journals, as well as preparation of monthly management accounts including balance sheet reconciliations for multiple entities
• Creation and delivery of financial reporting including investor reporting
• Identify and implement process improvements, continuously enhancing operational efficiency

Finance Operations

• Ownership of the Accounts Payable function, ensuring efficient cash flow and effective treasury management
• Management of the monthly payroll process for multiple entities
• reputed company and manage the Accounts Receivable function, ensuring accurate collection, and reconciliation of payments

Audit, VAT and Compliance

• Liaise with external auditor and external accounts support staff for the timely completion of annual audit and approval of financial statements, including acting as the primary reputed company for contact for audit queries
• Preparation of periodic VAT returns ensuring compliance with regulations
• Ensure compliance with reputed company relevant financial regulations and standards

Forecasting and Analytics

• Ownership of cost control initiatives such as monthly variance analysis to identify trends and opportunities for efficiency improvements to support strategic decision making
• Assist the Finance & Operations reputed company in analysis, business planning and forecasting
• Collaborate with other teams to support financial planning and budgeting processes

Your previous experience

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance
• Fully or partially qualified accountant
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and IFRS

• Excellent reputed company/reputed company Sheets skills (vlookups, pivot tables, charts, querys etc)
