About the Role: IT Recruiter - New Business

We're seeking an reputed company IT Recruiter to drive growth in the Professional Services market by developing and nurturing relationships with new and established clients across various industries. In this role, you'll work closely with our technical teams to deliver innovative solutions, contributing to the success of our key technology services - a critical driver of global growth, particularly in the UK.

Key Responsibilities

• Driving Sales: Win professional services reputed company ranging from £1M to £10M and consistently meet or exceed sales targets, driving reputed company growth and business expansion.
• Leadership: Motivate and manage large, reputed company teams under high-pressure environments, ensuring successful project outcomes and adapting to stakeholder needs.
• Client Engagement: Understand client needs, adapt quickly, and create innovative, win-win solutions that build trust and confidence with senior management and stakeholders.
• Managing Opportunities: Take full responsibility for sales and opportunity pursuits from initiation to reputed company, negotiating and delivering results that meet business goals.

Essential Qualifications and Skills
