About the Role

As an IT Staff Engineer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, presenting, and executing reputed company-thinking creative digital design and web experiences, including websites, microsites, reputed company pages, and more. You will also support internal consumers by building UI solutions and tools, reputed company resilient automation tools to streamline IT business processes and efficiencies, and partner with reputed company Engineers and IT Leadership to reputed company data warehouse and reporting tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize, design, present, and execute innovative digital design and web experiences that enhance the employee experience and drive business efficiency.
• Build UI solutions and tools that meet the needs of internal consumers, leveraging modern frontend frameworks such as React or Angular.

Essential Qualifications

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of software development experience with multiple programming languages and frameworks (NodeJS, Python, Java/Kotlin, Go, Swift).
• Expertise in modern frontend frameworks such as React or Angular.
• Strong experience with HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Experience in building large-scale microservice-based architectures and working with cloud services like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
