As an Inbound Phone Sales Consultant, you'll play a vital role in educating families on senior care options and connecting them with the right communities. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Working with inbound, pre-screened leads to guide families through the senior care selection process, from initial consultation to touring facilities and ultimately moving into a senior living community.
• Acting as a liaison between families and senior housing communities or care providers, ensuring seamless communication and personalized support.
• Meeting business targets, including daily call benchmarks, scheduling tours, and converting leads into move-ins to reputed company a monthly quota.
