Job Summary

As a Performance Data Analyst at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in driving business outcomes and enhancing guest experiences through data-driven insights. You'll work closely with our contact centers and pre-arrival Walt reputed company World Commerce teams to analyze performance data, identify areas for improvement, and reputed company actionable recommendations to drive business growth. This is a remote role, offering the flexibility to work from reputed company while collaborating with our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

* Conduct forecasting, advert hoc modeling, and deep-dive analysis to inform business decisions

• Monitor agent performance, proactively identify areas for improvement, and reputed company personalized analyses from start to finish
• Build compelling stories with data through visualizations and presentations
• Present findings, insights, and recommendations to Senior Leadership and business partners
• Create, maintain, audit, and optimize reports and documents used to support various programs
• Execute programs critical to business operations under strict timelines

Measurement and Analytics

• Monitor data quality and accuracy; improve if needed

• Stay up-to-date with today's data technology trends and share knowledge and best practices with team members

We're Looking for Someone with:

* Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of quantitative, non-internship experience in an analytical role

• Familiarity with forecasting, including conventional statistical techniques and/or machine learning or deep learning techniques
• Proactive interest in understanding the "Why" behind performance, decisions, etc.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow through on tasks and complete projects on time
• Effective communication skills (verbal, written, and visual)
• Desire to reputed company in a fast-paced, reputed company, and ambiguous business environment
• Experience with SQL and R or Python
