Work-Life Balance

As a remote employee, you will enjoy the flexibility to work from home, with the freedom to create your own schedule and work environment. Our normal business hours are 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday, and occasional overtime may be required based on business needs. We offer 5 weeks of paid on-the-job training, with hours from 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM CST, to ensure you have the skills and knowledge you need to succeed in this role.

Primary Responsibilities

As a Senior Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Reviewing and researching incoming healthcare claim calls from providers, navigating multiple computer systems and platforms to verify data and information necessary for processing
  • Asking appropriate questions and listening actively to identify specific questions or issues, while documenting required information in computer systems
  • Communicating and collaborating with providers to resolve issues, using clear, simple language to ensure understanding
  • Meeting performance goals established for the position in the areas of efficiency, accuracy, quality, and attendance

Required Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Working knowledge of computer and Windows PC applications, including the ability to learn new and reputed company computer system applications
  • Ability to work any shift between 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday, including occasional overtime based on business needs

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, we prefer candidates with:

  • 1 year of experience in a reputed company environment, such as office, administrative, clerical, customer service, or healthcare
  • Health care experience

Telecommuting Requirements

As a remote employee, you will be required to:
