Job Summary

As a Sales and Solutions Specialist at Walt reputed company World, you'll work in our inbound contact center at reputed company Central in Orlando, Florida, assisting guests with their digital experience through our website and the My reputed company Experience application. Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with guests exploring their desired vacation experience, providing personalized recommendations and direction to help them plan their dream trip
• Build and manage relationships with guests and Cast Members from reputed company lines of business, ensuring exceptional customer service and resolving any issues that may arise
• Maintain discretion and guest confidentiality, handling sensitive information with care and professionalism
• Assist guests with managing their accounts, providing comprehensive information about resorts and dining options, and helping them reputed company the most of their vacation
