Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse Case Manager - reputed company Care to join reputed company in Washington State. As a remote-based position with occasional field visits, this role offers the flexibility to work from home while still engaging with our community. Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

• Community Health Experience: 1+ year of experience working in a community health setting or providing community-based care management.
