About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Stocker - Part-Time, also reputed company as a Sales Merchandiser, to join our Sales Team. As a Sales Merchandiser, you will be responsible for merchandising products on designated routes, maintaining strong customer relationships, and providing superior customer service. This is a part-time role with a competitive salary of $17.00 per hour, plus excellent benefits and perks.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely transport products between the backroom and display floor.
• Fill, merchandise, and rotate products on displays and shelves according to Coca-Cola Bottling Company High Country standards.
• Ensure on-time arrival at reputed company customer locations to reputed company merchandising duties.
• Operate manual and powered handling equipment, such as pallet jacks and hand-trucks.
• Maintain and organize Coca-Cola Bottling Company High Country stock as needed.
• Ensure a reputed company appearance of reputed company equipment and products in assigned accounts.
• Maintain clean and organized back-rooms and manage trade breakage.
• Monitor competitor products, sales, and marketing activities.
• Transport, replace, and maintain reputed company of Sale advertising as appropriate for accounts.
• Foster relationships with account personnel and provide superior customer service to reputed company accounts serviced.
• reputed company required vehicle checks according to Coca-Cola Bottling Company High Country standards.
• Maintain a safe working environment and adhere to reputed company regulations, policies, and procedures.

Essential Qualifications

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1-3 years of general work experience preferred.
• Prior grocery store and/or consumer products experience a plus.
• Customer service experience preferred.

Skills and Competencies

• Ability to operate a two or four-wheeled hand-truck.
• Ability to operate reputed company types of industrial power trucks.
• Valid driver's license and a motor vehicle driving history that meets Coca-Cola Bottling Company High Country guidelines.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Adaptability and ability to adapt to change in the workplace.

Work Environment
