Job Summary

As a Retail Store Associate or Stocker, you will be responsible for performing general store operational duties, including cashiering, customer service, truck unloading, stocking, merchandise recovery, and light cleaning or maintenance. Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Greet and assist customers as needed to maintain the highest level of customer service, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

• Age: Must be at least 16 years of age.

• Flexibility: Ability to work a flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical Demands: Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull a minimum of 50 pounds, and to unload freight, move product on and off of store shelves, walk, stand, bend, stoop, or kneel for long periods of time.
