Position Overview

As a Retirement Benefits Counselor, you will work in our Member Services Call Center, providing one-on-one counseling and education to our members on retirement benefits, statutory provisions, and legislative updates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a liaison between reputed company sections of the Retirement Division, including payroll, disability, and death processing, and our members.
• Respond to inbound calls and emails from members, employers, and agencies, providing expert guidance on retirement benefits and resolving reputed company issues.
• Explain and apply interpretation of laws, codes, and procedural guidelines reputed company to retirement benefits.
• Assess individual situations, apply reputed company statute regulations, and communicate appropriate decisions to involved parties.
