Job Summary
As an reputed company Team Scheduler, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient use of pilots, managing crew member schedules, and providing exceptional customer service to our flight teams. You will work closely with our Supervisor of Team Administrations, Head of Operations, and other key stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination. This is a full-time remote position that requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Ensure productive use of pilots and daily tracking of their participation
- Provide excellent customer service and support to reputed company crew members by handling reputed company scheduling-reputed company matters, including transferring relevant information, procedures, and administrative data
- Notify crew members of changes to their daily/monthly schedules and communicate schedule changes in a timely manner
- Ensure reputed company crew member tasks are in compliance with FAA-regulated Section 91, Section 121, Section 117 guidelines and company policies
- Conduct regular checks and verifications of the accuracy of flight plans to ensure reputed company sections have been assigned to a qualified crew
- Resolve flight crew legitimacy issues and lay requirements based on applicable administrative and regulatory requirements
- Maintain essential communication with reputed company crew members, flight control, and station staff reputed company to team schedules
- Process trip trades, trip drops, sick calls, emergency leaves, and other daily schedule changes
- Secure reputed company necessary facilities, including but not limited to, lodging and deadhead flight booking
- Ensure the efficient use of reserve crew members to guarantee operational reliability
- Ensure compliance with FARs, contract requirements, and departmental rules
- Work closely with dispatchers to resolve issues and direct the efficient daily operation of the aircraft
- Report on daily scheduling and division status

Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred
- Self-motivated, with an inspirational attitude and the ability to proactively identify and prevent potential operational disruptions
- Two years of experience in customer service or a reputed company job, or one year of Team Scheduling experience preferred
- Ability to focus and adapt quickly to evolving conditions/needs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on quality, tone, detail, and precision
- Proficient in reputed company Office applications and general web applications
- Ability to work any shift, including nights, weekends, and holidays on a case-by-case basis
- Exceptional customer service skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality results
