About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative with blithequark, you'll be the face of our airline, creating memorable experiences for our customers and building lasting relationships. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service to our global customers. Your role will be to ensure that every customer interaction is positive, professional, and memorable.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional service to our global customers
- Collaborate with customers in a friendly and helpful way to create memorable experiences and build customer loyalty
- Work with customers to resolve travel-reputed company issues, such as ticketing, baggage, and flight changes
- Provide information and assistance to customers, both in-person and over the phone
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, ensuring that every interaction is positive and professional
- Work collaboratively with other team members to reputed company customer service goals and objectives
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on airline policies, procedures, and products

* High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 18 years of age
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with customers from diverse backgrounds
- Proficiency in English and Spanish (additional languages a plus)
- Ability to work with computers, mobile devices, and new technologies
- Physical ability to stand and walk for long periods, lift and handle luggage, and travel to different countries for training
- Ability to work any shift assigned, including late evenings, early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Legally authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship
- Ability to meet blithequark's participation guidelines and uniform and appearance standards
- Valid identification and U.S. reputed company
