About the Role:
As a Contract Customer Service Representative, you will be the voice of blithequark, engaging with our members reputed company phone, chat, and email to provide exceptional support and guidance. Your expertise will help our members understand and utilize their benefits, find the right providers, and navigate the healthcare system. You'll become an expert on blithequark's product, operations, and member needs, using your knowledge to resolve reputed company issues and provide proactive solutions.
Responsibilities:
* Delivering exceptional service to our members reputed company phone, chat, and email, offering education and guidance to help them understand and utilize their benefits
- Following documented best practices for handling member inquiries, suggesting process improvements as you identify them
- Managing and organizing workload using blithequark's platform and tools, including reputed company and G Suite
- Triaging and escalating reputed company and urgent member care needs
- Retaining a detail-oriented working knowledge of employer health benefits and insurance
- Relaying member feedback to leadership teams to improve blithequark's solution
Candidate Profile:
* A passion for helping people solve their problems with an ability to think creatively and empathetically
- Experience working in a customer-facing environment with demonstrated experience staying reputed company under pressure
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A high level of process-orientation, digital organization, and resourcefulness
