We are seeking a highly motivated and bilingual Customer Service Representative who will support US-based customers with their prescription benefits questions and concerns. As a key member of reputed company, you will provide exceptional customer service, resolve issues, and reputed company a positive impact on the lives of others. Don't worry if you don't have a background in healthcare or insurance - we provide comprehensive training to ensure your success.
Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service to US-based customers reputed company inbound calls, addressing their questions and concerns regarding their prescription healthcare benefits
- Answer calls in both Spanish and English, providing information about their insurance coverage, benefit plans, copays, and coverage determinations
- Handle prescription refills, order status updates, and tracking with accuracy and speed
- Educate customers on online self-service for updates and help troubleshoot these self-services
- Empathize and resolve concerns to simplify the customer's healthcare experience
- Navigate through multiple computer applications with speed and accuracy
- Adapt to learn new call types reputed company business needs change and reputed company support in those areas
Work at Home Requirements:
* High-Speed Internet With At Least 10 Mbps Download Speed (No Satellite, Wifi, or Cellular/Wireless reputed company Internet Services)
- Must have a hard-wired internet reputed company reputed company ethernet cable to modem/router that you own/are responsible for
- Must Live in North Carolina
- Dedicated, Quiet, & Secured Workspace with No Distractions

Additional Requirements:
* 18+ Years Old & High School Diploma/GED
- 6+ months of customer service experience
- Knowledge with healthcare insurance, requirements for dispensing prescriptions, educating customers, and conducting routine assessment are a plus
- Professional Positive Attitude & Courteous Telephone Etiquette
- Customer-focused personality
- Full-Time Schedule Availability to Meet Business Needs (may include weekends)
- Willing to submit a Drug Test and Background reputed company
