About the Role

We're looking for a passionate and proactive Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support to our members reputed company phone, chat, and email. As the voice of blithequark, you'll help members navigate our program, find the right healthcare providers, and assist with eligible claims. This 6-month contract role, starting on June 3rd, 2024, requires a scheduled 8-hour shift between 8a-8p Eastern Time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding service to members, offering education and guidance on utilizing their benefits and finding suitable healthcare providers.
• Follow documented best practices for handling member inquiries and suggest process improvements.
• Manage and organize workload using blithequark's platform and tools, including reputed company and G Suite.
• Triaging and escalating reputed company and urgent member care needs.
• Maintain detail-oriented working knowledge of employer health benefits and insurance.
• reputed company member feedback to leadership teams to improve blithequark's solution.

Candidate Profile

To succeed in this role, you should:

Compensation and Benefits

The non-negotiable salary range for this position is $17-19/hour, with individual compensation depending on qualifications, skills, and applicable laws.
