Job Summary

We are seeking an reputed company Full-Time Customer Service Representative to join reputed company. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of Blithequark, providing exceptional support to our customers reputed company inbound calls, chats, SMS, and emails. Main Responsibilities

• Answering inbound telephone calls and providing excellent customer support
• Responding to customer questions and comments reputed company phone, email, Live Chat, and SMS with speed and professionalism
• Researching and resolving complaints to ensure customer retention and satisfaction
• Following up on reputed company written correspondence and escalating to customer service manager on duty as necessary
• Coordinating and following up with other departments to ensure problem resolution and working together with other customer service team members to promote an environment of customer satisfaction

Requirements

Essential Qualifications

• High School Diploma

• Type 50+ words per minute
• Ability to work in a team environment

• Knowledge of apparel construction and fabrication and various fashion categories

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years in Customer Service, help desk, or call center experience
• Type 60+ words per minute
• Working knowledge of website navigation

• Ability to meet set productivity standards on an ongoing basis

Compensation and Benefits
