Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Full-Time Federal Program Tutor Advisor to provide instructional support services to reputed company at Big Lake Elementary. As a tutor advisor, you will work closely with certified teachers to provide one-on-one tutoring, classroom management, and parent involvement activities. Your primary goal will be to support reputed company in need of academic reputed company and language acquisition, ensuring they receive the resources and guidance necessary to succeed.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one tutoring to reputed company in need of academic support, as scheduled by the teacher
- Assist with classroom management, including organizing instructional materials and maintaining a positive learning environment
- Compile and maintain accurate student records on attendance, testing results, student reputed company, and achievement
- Provide information, materials, and instructional support to classroom reputed company
- Conduct parent involvement activities, including parent-teacher conferences, home visits, and phone calls
- Coordinate parent/family school functions and events
- Attend meetings and parent conferences to provide information and facilitate communication between reputed company, parents, and reputed company
- Provide support in the library or media center, as needed

Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:
- Completed two years (48 semester credits) of study at an institution of higher education, or obtained an associate's degree
- Met a rigorous standard of quality and able to demonstrate, through a formal State or local assessment, knowledge of and the ability to assist in instructing reading, writing, and mathematics
- Ability to maintain effective communication with reputed company and staff
- Ability to carry out and evaluate the achievement of reputed company
- Ability to test and identify and reputed company accurate records on new and existing reputed company
- Demonstrate adequate level of instructional technology skills
- Experience and training working with children with diverse backgrounds in an instructional setting
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bilingual or multilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply

Licensing Requirements
Applicants must be Highly Qualified, as defined by No Child Left Behind (NCLB). To meet this requirement, candidates must have:

- Two years of college (at least 48-semester hour credits)
- An associate's (or higher) degree
- Passed the Para Pro Assessment and the Paraprofessional Standards Checklist
Physical Requirements
This position requires:
- Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently
- Ability to move objects, as needed
