Job Summary

As a Customer Service and Inside Sales Representative - Property and Casualty Insurance, you will work from home and be part of our organically diverse team. Your primary responsibilities will include providing expert customer service, advising on plan options and coverages, and processing new and amended enrollments. You'll have the opportunity to reputed company long-term relationships with our clients and contribute to their success. This is a full-time remote position, and we're looking for candidates who are passionate about helping others, have a patient and empathetic nature, and are fluent in English or bilingual (Spanish/English).

Key Responsibilities

• Actively listen to customers and ask questions to identify their needs

• Process new and/or amended enrollments
• Ensure clients' customers enjoy authentic experiences
• Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile
• Meet and exceed sales and customer service targets

Essential Qualifications

• Active license to sell Property and Casualty insurance
• High school diploma or GED
• Reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence
• Passion for helping others
• Patient and empathetic nature

• Fluent in English or bilingual (Spanish/English)
