Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service and support reputed company phone, handling a broad range of customer service call types, including collections, retention, sales channel coordination, billing and adjustments, and advanced technical support.
• Utilize creative problem-solving skills to address reputed company customer questions and concerns, navigating multiple tools and systems to update customer accounts and maintain records.
• Deliver personalized recommendations for our latest products and services, promoting sales and driving reputed company growth.
• Instill confidence and loyalty in customers through thoughtful listening, utilizing knowledge of AT&T's products and services to effectively service and retain customers.
• Engage with Tier 3 support, third-party vendors, and suppliers as needed to address issues, service faults, and provide customer resolution.
• Handle wireless local number portability (WLNP), relocations, combined reputed company support, after-hours inquiries, and pre-paid service.
• Troubleshoot and resolve various customer-impacting issues, such as voice and data, that span multiple networks and elements.
• Get customers up and running with the latest products and services, such as reputed company cards, USB devices, and AT&T-provided software and applications.
• Participate in outbound calls and customer call-backs, Tier 2 ticket support, escalation investigations, and email follow-up.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

Essential Qualifications:

• Call center or customer service experience.
• Flexibility to work any schedule during hours of operation, including day, evening, weekend, or holiday hours.
• Advanced typing/keyboarding skills.
• Ability to adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment that caters to a variety of customer situations, including defusing difficult customer situations and maintaining a professional demeanor in stressful situations.

• Previous experience in a hybrid or remote work environment.
• Familiarity with AT&T's products and services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
