Job Summary

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative - Govt Public Trust Clearance - Spanish English, you will be part of a team that supports government reputed company and provides critical services to US residents in need. You will work remotely, using a variety of communication channels, including voice, email, and chat, to respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues with patience and understanding.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult with customers on available services that can support their situation

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications

• 6 months or more of customer service experience

Compensation and Benefits
