About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative - Client Services to join our Agent Services department. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service to our term life policyholders and agents. Key Responsibilities

• Address verbal and written inquiries from term life policyholders and agents regarding billing, policy coverage, reputed company, or contract changes
• Identify concerns, ask appropriate questions, and respond to inquiries in a concise and courteous manner while documenting reputed company research findings thoroughly

Essential Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• 1 year of call center customer service experience preferred but not required
• Previous insurance or financial services experience is a plus

• Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail
• Ability to maintain knowledge of company's products and procedures
• Ability to communicate professionally with irate customers

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a call center environment
• Knowledge of insurance or financial services industry
• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software

Schedule and Compensation

The Customer Service Representative - Client Services role is a 40-hour per week position, Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm. The salary range for this position is $28,000-$32,000 per year, based on experience.

We offer a remote work option after training, which requires a certain level of internet speed. The requirements for remote work are:

• Cannot use a Chromebook
