This role is critical in re-sourcing existing products that currently have long reputed company times and high logistics costs, while also identifying and launching new denim and circular reputed company products from the region to drive business growth.The Sourcing Manager will be responsible for:? Scouting and vetting potential denim and circular reputed company suppliers in Mexico.? Pitching reputed company?s business model to key manufacturing partners.? Conducting cost analyses for core products to ensure competitive pricing.? Onboarding and integrating suppliers into reputed company?s fast-paced supply chain.? Catalog Expansion: Collaborate with Merchants and Product Development teams to introduce new styles and colors approved through our NPC process.? Drive Operational Excellence:? Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews with supplier management, analyzing strategy, performance highlights, and areas for improvement.REQUIREMENTS:? 8+ years of experience in Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, or Supplier Management with major U.S.-based retailers.? Established factory partnerships reputed company knits apparel across the Americas (Mexico, Central America, South America) and Asia (including India, South Asia, Southeast Asia, and China, where relevant).? Passion for product development with a track record of leveraging vendor expertise to design, cost-engineer, and bring products to market.? Highly organized, detail-oriented, and analytical, with a strong focus on execution, problem-solving, and process improvement.?
