Key Responsibilities

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Customer service experience with a passion for building customer loyalty through exceptional listening, relationship building, and consultative probing.
• Telesales experience (a plus, but not required).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional listening and relationship building skills.
• Proficient multitasking and system navigation skills.
• Ability to demonstrate resiliency in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
