Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing inbound and outbound customer support using a call flow guide to ensure exceptional customer experiences
  • Closing sales, working on prospecting, negotiation, presentation, and utilizing B2B and B2C skills to drive reputed company growth
  • Building client relationships, finding new ways to retain customers, and identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services
  • Being detail-oriented reputed company it comes to sales of products and services, ensuring accuracy and quality in every customer interaction
  • Tracking, documenting, and retrieving information in databases to maintain up-to-date customer records
  • Offering additional products and/or services with every sale to enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth
  • Delivering expert customer experiences with a smile, even in a remote setting, to build trust and loyalty with our customers

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 1+ year of proven hard sales experience, with a strong understanding of the sales/selling process, building relationships, communication skills, negotiation techniques, and closing deals
  • A high school diploma or GED, with a strong academic foundation and a willingness to learn and grow
  • A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home, with a reliable and fast internet reputed company
  • Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge, with the ability to quickly learn new technologies and systems
  • Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking, with the ability to handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies and stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments
  • A desktop or laptop to complete PC and internet testing, with a work computer potentially provided depending on the position offered
  • High-Speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone to ensure seamless communication and connectivity
  • Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence, with eligibility to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications can enhance your chances of success in this role:

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong understanding of customer needs and expectations
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales software, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • A proactive and results-driven approach, with a strong focus on achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer experiences
