About the position Evolve is seeking skilled amateur or professional freelance real estate photographers to assist in capturing high-quality images of our properties located in Crawfordville, FL, and the surrounding areas. As a vacation rental management company, we specialize in marketing and distributing vacation homes as short-term rentals. Our listings are featured on popular platforms such as Evolve.com, VRBO, Google Vacation Rentals, Airbnb, and Booking.com. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering unedited JPG photos that adhere to our established Photoshoot Standards within a timeframe of 2 business days. While all images will be owned by Evolve, you will have the opportunity to use them in your portfolio, showcasing your work to potential clients. To facilitate your work, we will handle the coordination and scheduling of the shoots, allowing you to focus solely on photography. Additionally, our in-house team will take care of editing the images, meaning you will not be required to perform any editing tasks. We also offer compensation for travel to properties that are located more than 60 miles away from your base location. The average payment for each shoot, which varies based on the property's square footage and amenities, ranges from $110 to $150. Responsibilities ? Deliver unedited JPG photos within 2 business days following Photoshoot Standards. , ? Coordinate and schedule shoots as arranged by Evolve. , ? Provide high-quality images for vacation rental properties. , ? Use provided images for personal portfolio while adhering to ownership guidelines. Requirements ? Experience in real estate photography or a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work. , ? Ability to deliver images within the specified timeframe. , ? Access to a DSLR camera capable of auto exposure bracketing with a minimum of 5 exposures and 2 full stops per shot. , ?
