Job Summary

As an Inbound Sales Representative, you'll play a critical role in interfacing with client customers reputed company calls and the internet, providing service support, and resolving routine problems regarding client products and/or services. This on-site role is based in our Lake Mary, FL location, and we're seeking a talented and driven sales professional to join reputed company.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every customer interaction.
• Work rotational shifts as needed to meet the demands of the role.

Essential Qualifications

• A High School Diploma and/or GED is required.
• Minimum 6 months of sales experience is preferred, with a proven track record of success in a customer-facing role.
• Live reputed company a 40-mile radius of our Lake Mary, FL site.
• Strong PC knowledge and computer navigation skills are essential.
• Internet speeds of 10mbps for downloads and 5mbps for uploads are required.

• Previous experience in a customer service or sales role, with a focus on inbound sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
• A proactive and results-driven approach, with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
