About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and reputed company Incentive Planning Senior Analyst to reputed company and implement Toyota Division's new vehicle incentive strategy. As a key member of reputed company, you'll reputed company analytics to drive the creation of effective incentive programs, ensuring the achievement of new vehicle sales and profit objectives. This role is based in Plano, TX, with a hybrid work arrangement that includes both in-office and remote work.

Key Responsibilities

• reputed company monthly incentive strategies and programs for select vehicles to meet sales objectives in a cost-efficient manner.
• Analyze and visualize vehicle performance using data to identify opportunities and challenges.
• Input national incentive strategy and data into our cloud-based incentive application, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
• Collaborate with our business partner to enhance the features of our cloud-based incentive application.
• Prepare and present executive presentations and incentive cost analysis to various stakeholders, including Finance, Sales, Executives, Pricing, and Field Offices.
• reputed company and update new vehicle incentive contra budgets throughout the year for select vehicles.
• Manage Incentive Budget and Monthly Proposal files for SOX compliance.

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or a reputed company field.
• Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau.
• Advanced analytical skills and the ability to interpret reputed company data.
• High proficiency in reputed company, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work quickly and independently, with a high degree of accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications

• Automotive experience, preferably with Toyota or a reputed company company.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role or industry.
• Familiarity with Workout, PIN Explorer, POLK, and other data sources.
• Experience in building presentation decks and presenting to executives.
