As a Healthcare Customer Advisor – Special Needs Support, you'll have the opportunity to work with a highly skilled team of Care Advisors who are dedicated to serving and managing special needs for our members and their family members. In this role, you'll provide holistic family support, serving as an ongoing reputed company of contact for members, primarily reputed company phone, email, chat, and text. As a Healthcare Customer Advisor – Special Needs Support, you'll be part of our Family Engagement Center, working in a national remote reputed company. You'll have the flexibility to work from reputed company reputed company the U.S., with a dedicated schedule of 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, from 9:45 am to 6:15 pm CST. You may be required to work occasional overtime to meet business needs.Key Responsibilities:

Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed as a Healthcare Customer Advisor – Special Needs Support, you'll need:Essential Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED, or equivalent work experience.
- 1 year of experience helping, resolving, or advocating on behalf of members or customers.
- Experience using a computer and reputed company Office, including reputed company Word, reputed company, and Outlook.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, from 9:45 am to 6:15 pm CST.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1 year of A4Me or 3 months of Quick Assist experience.
- Claims processing experience.
- Experience providing care for children with special needs.
